This is somewhat of a confusing, but we just got tipped an extra shot in the fourth generation iphone, which leaked out in Vietnam, but this time with a big twist: It seems to be running iphone OS 4th Or at least show a screen of the new OS, with warning light wallpaper in the background. We have no idea how this crew may have bypassed apple‘s lockdown of the unit and there is always a chance it is a kind of Photoshop or other subtleties. Still, a source confirmed to us that they feel “N90 Pro2″ is an older prototype N90 (apple code name for the new iphone), which refers to “Working Prototype 2″ and may be easier to give than the newer, lock Tight model Gizmodo obtained. update 2: Woah, do these things just grow on trees? French site Be Geek has just received photos of what appears to be the third iphone 4: e gene floating around in the wild. Chances are that the same construction as the Vietnam generation device, because it is missing those screws on the bottom, but it seems to be a separate unit, as it is rocking another SIM.

update 3: Turns out this new set of photos were pulled from the same Vietnamese forum, so it seems the same phone. Makes sense, but we are still puzzling over the different SIM. iphone 4: e gene in the wild … again
