T-Mobile launches two new budget smartphones at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The T-Mobile and Samsung Move Galaxy Mini will be powered by the google android OS 2.2 Froyo. The phone also has a low-cost 3G radio inside, enabling download speeds of 3.6 Mbps.
