The All-Weather Pentax’s Optio W90
Here’s the latest report onThe All-Weather Pentax’s Optio W90 :

Generally, cameras that are manufactured to withstand extreme conditions with a huge amount of abuse and rough handling compromise on the image quality. With all that in mind, the critics at Photography Blog reviewed the Pentax’s all-weather Optio W90 with very low expectations on the image quality front, but to their amazement, they were actually quite impressed.

Tagging the camera as one “not just the outer muscle, but with inner strengths too,” they found the Optio W90 able to produce images better than what they were expecting from models that specialize in toughness.

As anyone would expect, it was able to shrug off bouts with dust, water and the occasional blow on concrete, but the review people did lament the exclusion of optical stabilization, and low-light performance was unsurprisingly lackluster. Nonetheless, it still seems a rocking overall performer for those concerned with rigidity and rough handling, but we would suggest you to visit the official site before making a call of purchase.
