Toshiba has collaborated with Intel to CM1 Toshiba Tablet PC in Japan to announce. CM1 (CM1/PACM112MNEE Toshiba's model) is designed for the Japanese market and education will be released in early August 2010.

CM1 the Tablet PC is powered by an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor, a 160GB hard drive and 2GB RAM. There is a 10.1-inch pressure-sensitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 resolution and LED backlight, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n connectivity, an integrated webcam, stereo speakers, microphone and a carrying handle.
